The experience features vibrant accent lighting, up to eight microphones, and two wireless HDMI display adapters to connect with venue TVs. A stand-mounted flatscreen or projection setup is also available if needed.

Sunshine Socials are curated, host-led meet-and-greet experiences that help residents connect in a relaxed, welcoming environment. With guided mingling, light icebreakers, and optional mini-games, residents can arrive anytime, join conversations at their own pace, and enjoy a warm, social atmosphere — all without loud music, stage pressure, or complicated activities. ☀️ 2 hours.
